Refunds

At Digital Skillshala, we strive to provide high-quality education and a seamless learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. General Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once a course has started.

• Refund requests must be made before the course start date and will be subject to review.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

2. Refund Eligibility

a) Full Refund (100%)

A full refund will be granted if:
✔ The request is made at least 15 days before the course start date.
✔ Digital Skillshala cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

b) Partial Refund (50%)

A 50% refund will be granted if:
✔ The request is made within 5 days before the course start date.

c) No Refund

🚫 No refunds will be issued if:

• The request is made less than 72 hours before the course begins.

• The participant fails to attend the sessions.

• The refund request is made after accessing course materials.

• The participant is removed due to a violation of our Code of Conduct.

3. Course Rescheduling & Transfers

• If you cannot attend a course, you may transfer your enrollment to a future batch free of charge (one-time only).

• If you wish to transfer your seat to another person, notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date.

4. Technical Issues & Payment Errors

• If you are charged incorrectly or face a payment-related issue, contact us immediately at ds@digitalskillshala.in.

• Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Process

1️⃣ Submit a refund request by emailing ds@digitalskillshala.in with:

• Your full name & registered email.

• Course name & payment details.

• Reason for the refund request.
  2️⃣ Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  3️⃣ If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
